CBRE Hotels EMEA has been appointed to sell the landmark Barceló Raval for an asking price of EUR 40 mln. This purpose-built hotel with 186 bedrooms was constucted in 2008 and is located in one of the main tourist districts of central Barcelona.
CBRE Hotels EMEA has been appointed to sell the landmark Barceló Raval for an asking price of EUR 40 mln. This purpose-built hotel with 186 bedrooms was constucted in 2008 and is located in one of the main tourist districts of central Barcelona.
The owner is Barceló Hotels and Resorts, an international hotel brands with over 43,000 bedrooms comprising 140 hotels in 15 countries.
The hotel will benefit from a new lease or management contract with Barceló Hotels & Resorts, CBRE said in a statement.
CBRE Hotel's Spanish office will be working closely with the London team to market this asset.
