CBRE Hotels EMEA's Dublin office has been hired to bring Dublin’s Trinity Capital Hotel to the market.
The broker is quoting a guideline price range of €30 mln to €35 mln.
The four-star city centre hotel was opened in 2000 and provides 195 bedrooms and suites. It is being offered unbranded which will allow the new owner to decide whether to trade under its existing name or re-launch the hotel with another brand.
' We expect exceptional interest in this quality asset with much of this to come from international buyers,' said Paul Collins of CBRE Hotels EMEA. 'Trinity Capital is highly profitable and there is considerable further potential whether that is through improving room rate, building out the planning permission bedrooms or leasing/ operating the ground floor and basement of the former fire station building.'
