CBRE to sell Dublin office building

CBRE have been instructed to offer the former Irish Nationwide Building Society HQ in Dublin to the market.

The property adviser is acting on behalf of Kieran Wallace and Eamonn Richardson as joint special liquidators of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Ltd.

No. 2 Grand Parade, Dublin 6 is a seven storey, over basement building and comprises an area of 3,948 m2, with 1,537 m2 of ancillary buildings on an overall site of 0.69 hectares. There are also 92 surface car parking spaces.

CBRE are quoting a guide price of €13 mln for the property.
