Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced the appointment of Kate McMurtrie as an executive director within its EMEA Advisory & Transaction (A&T) management team.
McMurtrie will have responsibility for business development and key occupier client accounts across the EMEA region with a specific focus on growing and expanding CBRE’s occupier service offerings in Russia, CEE and Switzerland. She will be based in CBRE’sMoscow office.
She is joining CBRE having spent nearly 10 years with JLL where she was most recently regional director, head of Corporate Solutions, Russia & CIS. In her new role with CBRE, she will report to the head of A&T EMEA, Alfonso Galobart Marone and will be a member of the leadership team responsible for delivering the full range of CBRE’s integrated occupier services to clients across EMEA region.
