CB Richard Ellis has strengthened its Global Corporate Services (GCS) team in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region with the appointment of Senior Directors Paul Copeland and Ralph Holland.
CB Richard Ellis has strengthened its Global Corporate Services (GCS) team in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region with the appointment of Senior Directors Paul Copeland and Ralph Holland.
Copeland joins the GCS team in London and will drive the delivery of transaction management services to key global client accounts. ' As former Head of Global Real Estate Strategy and Projects at Barclays Capital, Copeland brings considerable expertise in portfolio management strategies, complex metro planning and the programme management of critical real estate projects,' CBRE said in a press statement.
Holland joins the GCS team in Rome and will play an important role further developing the corporate offering in Italy and working with several key pan-European client accounts. Ralph was formerly a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and held responsibility for running their Italian Corporate Services business.
