CBRE Russia appoints head of property management

CBRE Russia has appointed Dmitriy Filin as director of property management.

Filin will report to Alexander Polenok, general director of CBRE in Russia.

Filin has over 20 years experience in property and asset management. Prior to joining CBRE, he was the operations director at Galleria Shopping Center in Saint Petersburg. He started his career in 1993 working at Hines International as a tenant coordinator and was ultimately promoted to operations director.
