The Deal Flow platform is already operational in the US and will now be rolled out across EMEA. It allows real estate investors to see CBRE's open-market sales across all sectors and geographies. Users will be required to register and affirm their investment preferences to receive updates for relevant CBRE sales.

CBRE said that as well as providing a distinct advantage to CBRE’s global investor base, the tool aims to boost transactions thanks to its sophisticated marketing capability and ability to identify investor trends. This in turn will provide CBRE teams with a better understanding of individual investor requirements.

The launch follows the introduction of CBRE’s small caps team, focused exclusively on deals valued at £10 mln or less. Whilst aimed at marketing assets of all sizes and across all sectors, Deal Flow is in part geared towards assisting CBRE to reach new market entrants, many of whom are increasingly interested in smaller lot sizes.
