CBRE Global Investors has made three new appointments for its Dutch Residential Fund.

CBRE Global Investors has made three new appointments for its Dutch Residential Fund.

Paul Oremus becomes a fund manager in addition to his role as country manager for the Netherlands. He has worked for CBRE for 17 years in various roles.

Ronald Gordijn has been appointed fund chief financial officer, having spent 12 years with the company, while Loes Driessen becomes head of asset management, with responsibility for the management and technical operations of the portfolio.

Pieter Hendrikse, EMEA CEO at CBRE Global Investors, said: ‘We hope that our ability to fill these positions internally, demonstrates our commitment to growing talent within our business and continuity for our funds.’

The Dutch Residential Fund is a non-listed real estate fund managed by CBRE Global Investors with a portfolio value of approximately €1.1 bn.
