CBRE in Poland is expanding its hotel advisory department with the creation of a hotel investment division, and the appointment of a senior consultant, Marta Abratowska-Janiec, to develop the business line.
In her new role, Abratowska-Janiec will be responsible for creating new business while cooperating with CBRE’s Hotels Department for Europe. The division will offer clients advisory services in areas of investment planning, operational support, valuations and transaction management.
