Agent CBRE has been appointed by landlord CBRE Global Investors to provide property management services to the 19,600 m2 Sevens shopping centre in Düsseldorf.
Completed in 2000, Sevens was designed by local architects RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky and offers 39 retail units.
CBRE will take full responsibility for the day-day management of the centre.
EMEA wide, CBRE manages over 265 shopping centres, including the recent Mall of Switzerland win, with a total portfolio size of over 8.7 million m2.
