As a key market within the European network, the addition of the Rotterdam office will strengthen CBRE's presence in the Netherlands and across the EMEA region, building upon the company’s full-service offering for clients and creating business opportunities both locally and internationally, the proeprty adviser said.
Martien van Deursen has been appointed as the new regional director for CBRE's Rotterdam operations. Van Deursen has been part of CBRE's Capital Markets team since 2003, first working in the company’s Amsterdam office and, after three years, joining the cross-border Capital Markets team for Europe, Middle East and Africa in London as a senior adviser. Having also worked as part of CBRE’s German Desk in the UK more recently, Van Deursen has significant local and international experience and has advised clients on transactions across the region, including in the Benelux region, France, Spain, Poland and the UK.
