The world's largest real estate firm CBRE has opened a permanent office business in Wroclaw, Poland.
The unit will be headed by Pawel Boczar, currently a senior negotiator with the firm.
‘Wroclaw has steadily developed into an international business destination and our clients require us to be there to support them,’ said Colin Waddell, MD of CBRE Poland. ‘Having a full-time presence in Wroclaw has become essential to support our business plan in Lower Silesia.’
