CBRE expects to see rapid growth in Ukraine, Europe's second largest country, due to its accession this month to the World Trade Organisation and its strategic position within Europe.

The move into Ukraine follows CBRE's acquisition this month of Eurisko Consulting in Romania. In 2006, CB Richard Ellis acquired the Russian broker Noble Gibbons. The new Kiev office will work in close partnership with CBRE's operations in Russia and across Central and Eastern Europe.
