Atwell joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was partner and head of the firm’s Middle East operations based in Dubai and Bahrain. Prior to this, he spent nine years in central Europe in both Hungary and Poland for C&W, rising to the role of head of capital markets for Poland and CEE.
CBRE’s CEE business operates out of 18 offices in 15 countries region-wide. In June 2011, the business was expanded with the acquisition of shopping centre manager Euro Mall Centre Management.
