CB Richard Ellis announced two new appointments in Poland. Grzegorz WoŸniakowski has been appointed senior property valuer, while Jaros³aw Miko³ajczyk was named senior property negotiator in the global corporate services team.
Prior to CBRE WoŸniakowski worked as a senior property valuer at Jones Lang LaSalle.
In his new role Miko³ajczyk will be responsible for searching new retail locations across Poland and conducting negotiations on leasing, sale and purchase of the commercial properties on behalf of the client. Miko³ajczyk previously ran his own advisory company on commercial real estate market across Poland.
