Global property agent CBRE has signed an affiliate agreement with CBS International dooel Skopje, a commercial real estate services provider in Macedonia.
The agreement, which will further strengthen CBRE’s presence in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, follows the company’s acquisition of Impact-Corti in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 2013.
CBS International dooel Skopje was recently established by Dragan Radulovic, who also founded CBRE’s affiliates in Serbia - CBS International d.o.o Beograd - and in Montenegro - CBS International d.o.o Herceg Novi.
Radulovic will initially act as the principal of the new Macedonian business and work alongside five senior real estate professionals based in Skopje, offering a full range of real estate advisory services.
Andreas Ridder, managing director of CEE for CBRE, commented: 'We have worked alongside Dragan and his teams for over seven years, so his firm is an obvious entry point for CBRE into Macedonia, and provides a solid platform for us to meet our clients’ needs in that country.'
Dragan Radulovic, managing director of CBS International dooel Skopje, added: 'As one of the most rapidly emerging markets of the former Yugoslav countries, Macedonia is experiencing an extensive development boom.'
