CB Richard Ellis Investors said it has appointed Rob Trevor to its Strategic Partners business in a new position created to reflect the increasing opportunities available in the UK real estate sector.
CB Richard Ellis Investors said it has appointed Rob Trevor to its Strategic Partners business in a new position created to reflect the increasing opportunities available in the UK real estate sector.
Trevor joins the team as a Principal with responsibility for development projects, leasing and executing business plans on existing assets. He previously worked for Helios Properties where he was a board director in charge of acquisition, funding, planning and development of new industrial and distribution across sites in the UK. He also supervised the group's fund management business. Trevor has over 15 years industry experience, involving positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Chesterton and DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
CBRE Investors has also appointed Oliver Vines to its Strategic Partners team as an analyst. Having previously worked for Bank of America, Oliver brings experience both in direct real estate and debt capital markets.
Strategic Partners UK purchases, repositions, develops, holds for investment and sells institutional quality real estate throughout the UK in complex portfolios or individual transactions. The value-added investment strategy of the fund is based on four key areas: refurbishment; leasing of space and/or lease repositioning; intensive asset management; and development.
