Global real estate investment management firm CB Richard Ellis Investors announced the opening on Wednesday of a new office located near Amsterdam's Schiphol airport. CB Richard Ellis Investors, the fund manager of Strategic Partners Europe, said that the opening is part of its European expansion strategy. In a statement, CBREI added that Roel Van Binsbergen has joined the Strategic Partners Europe investment team in the Netherlands as an Asset Manager. Van Binsbergen has over 19 years of experience in managing commercial real estate.
