The Mermoz project was realised by CB Richard Ellis Investors' SPE III Fund, BNP Paribas Immobilier's development arm Meunier and Artéquation (technical advisory). 'This is great news as this is one of the most prestigious awards in the industry in France, and the Mermoz/CBRE Investors have won it for the innovative and audacious nature of the project,' Christine Sonnier, managing director of CBRE Investors told PropertyEU.
CBRE Investors completed the development in November 2009 and has been actively marketing the project over the past two-three months.
Other winners this year were Tour 9 developed by The Carlyle Group in Montreuil (in the category of renovated buildings), the Siège Mondial de Rossignol developed by Pays Voironnais in Saint-Jean-de-Moirans (in the category of retail properties) and the Sogaris Marseille Arenc - Bâtiment B property developed by Sogaris in Marseille (in the category of logistics properties).
