The deal, for an undisclosed amount, is evidence that the fund, whose portfolio comprises buildings located in the large metropolitan areas of Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands, continues its pan-European acquisition programme. Earlier this month it announced the purchase of two logistics centres and 20 office buildings in the Netherlands.
