CB Richard Ellis Investors, the global real estate investment management firm, has announced a senior appointment to its Strategic Partners business in a newly created position. Rob Trevor joins the team as a principal where he will have responsibility for development projects, leasing and executing business plans on existing assets.
CBRE Investors said the appointment reflected the increasing opportunities available in the UK real estate sector.

He also supervised the group's fund management business. Trevor has over 15 years industry experience and previously held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Chesterton and DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
CBRE Investors also announced that Oliver Vines is joining the Strategic Partners team as an analyst from Bank of America.
