CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III has acquired a ground-up office development project in Marne la Vallee, to the east of Paris, for an undisclosed sum. The project, located in Noisy-le-Grand, was acquired from Les Nouveaux Constructeurs, and will be delivered by the end of 2009. The building represents a total area of 31,900 m2, including 29,400 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space.

The fund portfolio comprises buildings located in the large metropolitan areas of France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. The same fund acquired two logistic centres and 20 office buildings in the Netherlands from a Dutch private investor in July. It is managed by CBRE Investors, the wholly-owned, independently managed, investment management affiliate of CB Richard Ellis.
