According to the Dutch Land Registry, the purchase price was €130 mln.

The Heuvel shopping centre is located in the centre of Eindhoven between the shopping streets Demer, Rechtestraat and Hermanus Boexstraat. It is a popular centre of over 50,000 m2 with mixed-use elements including entertainment, shops, parking, residential and offices.

Heuvel has a regional function, serving both Eindhoven residents and residents from the surrounding area. The shopping centre has been part of the CBRE Dutch Retail platform since 1991. In 2017 it was named the most sustainable shopping centre in Europe by the Dutch Green Building Council.

‘As a developer, we use our knowledge and experience to create attractive living environments and we really want to be meaningful to a city. Heuvel is fantastically located in the rapidly developing city of Eindhoven, where we see great potential,' said Jaco Meuwissen of 3W Real Estate.

During the sale of Heuvel, CBRE IM was assisted commercially by the CBRE transaction team and legally by Houthoff. The buyer was legally advised by Greenberg Traurig.
