CBRE Investment Management has announced the launch of an evergreen UK Senior Credit Fund.
The fund will make loans secured on high quality, income producing real estate located in the UK.
Loans will be £7.5 mln (€9 mln) to £30 mln, for durations of two to seven years, and at up to 65% LTV.
