CBRE Investment Management has appointed Alina Iorgulescu as portfolio manager for its Europe logistics strategy.
Iorgulescu is a seasoned logistics investment professional with 17 years’ experience in real estate. She joins CBRE IM from the logistics focused listed REIT, Tritax EuroBox, where she spent more than six years as investment director, responsible for investment strategy and building up the portfolio.
Prior to her time at Tritax EuroBox, Iorgulescu held a key role on JLL’s pan-European logistics capital markets team.
As portfolio manager, Iorgulescu will be responsible for designing and implementing portfolio strategies for CBRE IM’s European logistics strategy, including supervising performance and investments, and serving as the link between investors and operator teams within CBRE IM’s investor-operator platform.

Iorgulescu joined CBRE IM in November and will be based in London.
