CBRE Investment Management has appointed Stefan C. Ott to the newly created global role of chief digital and technology officer (CDTO), with a mandate to drive technology solutions across the firm’s real assets business.
Ott joins CBRE IM from Guardian Life, where he held several leadership positions with responsibility for driving innovation and delivering operating efficiencies.
Prior to that, he was chief information officer for UBS Global Asset Management for Switzerland, France and Germany, leading a transformation initiative and re-platforming effort in addition to overseeing technology and infrastructure operations.
