CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has appointed Jenny Tuleby as head of transactions and investment operations for the Nordics.
Tuleby will be responsible for implementing the Nordics transactions strategy, executing acquisitions and disposals as well as having overall responsibility of managing the CBRE IM Nordics team.

Tuleby joins from JLL, where she was senior director in the international capital markets team working on a wide range of international mandates.
She joined JLL in 2010, initially in the research team, before joining Capital Markets where she spent multiple years working across sectors.
In 2019 she was also given a pan-Nordic role in which she has helped grow the business to the largest market share in both Sweden and Finland.
Tuleby will join CBRE IM in September and will be based in Stockholm.
In the Nordics, CBRE Investment Management manages a multi-asset class portfolio of around €1.1 bn on behalf of various funds and separate accounts invested in the region.
