CBRE Hotels has appointed Keith Lindsay as chief operating officer for the EMEA region.

CBRE Hotels has appointed Keith Lindsay as chief operating officer for the EMEA region.

Based in the group’s London headquarters, he will work alongside Derek Gammage, managing director EMEA, on the expansion and further development of the EMEA hotels platform.

Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Lindsay was a principal with Beacon Hospitality Partners where he was responsible for the growth initiatives of Dorchester Collection assets including The Eden in Rome and Le Richemond in Geneva.

Prior to that, he established the Global Hospitality Group for AIG Global Real Estate Investments in New York where he served as managing director and was responsible for hotel investments and joint ventures in Europe, Mexico and India. He has also held senior operational roles with a number of major hospitality and leisure companies, including Louvre Hotels and The Walt Disney Company.

Lindsay has an MBA from IESE in Barcelona and holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
