Advisor CBRE is strengthening its capital markets department with the hire of Mads Skaarup as senior director in its Danish capital markets office, effective October 1.
Skaarup has more than 20 years of international experience with real estate transactions and financing, having worked at BlackRock, Catella and most recently Deloitte, where he was partner and head of Real Estate.
His focus will be on strengthening the department's position and CBRE's overall market shares as well as contributing to strengthening our customer relations.
