CBRE has announced it has hired Thomas Duchêne as new head of the retail department France as part of plans to reinforce its retail business in the country.
Duchêne joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he held the position of commercial director in the retail department.
He previously worked for Compagnie de Développement et de Patrimoine as head of real estate development and investment, and held various positions at French property firms Bouygues and Dumez Immobilier.
