Global real estate advisor CBRE has appointed Colin Elliot to lead its corporate capital markets business, part of CBRE Capital Advisors.

Colin Elliot Will Lead Cbre S Corporate Capital Markets Business

Elliot brings over 30 years of experience to the role; until recently he was the chief financial officer at House of Fraser, refinancing and restructuring the group prior to its recent acquisition by Sports Direct.

Prior to that he held a variety of C-suite roles with the De-Vere Group, Malmaison, Whitbread and Ridgmont.  

In his new role he will be responsible for leading and developing the corporate capital markets strategy within CBRE, helping owners and occupiers of real estate to maximise the operational and financial value of their real estate portfolios.
