CBRE Italy has hired Alexandre Astier to lead its new Capital Advisors department.
CBRE Italy has hired Alexandre Astier to lead its new Capital Advisors department.
The new Italian team will advise on all aspects of real estate finance, including structuring or restructuring of investments, sourcing debt and raising equity for both direct and indirect real estate investments.
Astier joins from Beni Stabili SIIQ where he spent the last six years in a number of roles including head of Business Development, head of Asset Management and head of Advisory. Furthermore, he was responsible for the strategic and extraordinary activities of the company.
Prior to this, he was head of Real Estate Corporate Finance Italy at BNP Paribas, and started his career as an investment banker in the real estate teams at JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers.
