Global real estate advisor CBRE has appointed Mike Rowlands as an executive director in its UK national investment team.
Rowlands joins from Hollis Hockley, where he has been since 2020. Prior to this, he was at BNP Paribas and Strutt and Parker, where he was co-head of investment and prior to that, head of retail.
He has over 30 years of industry experience and brings with him deep connections across all aspect of the capital markets.
In his new role, Rowlands will be largely sector agnostic, working across the UK, with a primary focus on developing client relationships and new business opportunities. He will be working closely with Adrian McStay, head of national markets, James Delliere, head of national office investment and Rhodri Davies, head of retail.
