Philip Dunne, European head of logistics at CBRE Global Investors since 2018, is leaving the business.
Dunne was the first logistics sector specialist head at the giant investment manager and is credited with building its clients’ holdings in the sector from about €7.5 bn when he joined to over €12 bn.
In a statement, CBRE GI said that Dunne had decided to step down 'to focus on personal endeavours'.
It added that Dunne will continue to work for CBRE GI ‘on a part-time consultancy basis to ensure a smooth transition over the coming months. This has been a well-planned transition and we are well-positioned for Philip to step aside. We thank him for his valuable contribution’.
The manager is making a raft of promotions and new appointments. They include promoting Christina Forrest to head of EMEA direct logistics strategies and fund manager for the CBRE European Industrial Fund and CBRE Logistics Venture, and Laurie Lagard to head of EMEA logistics operator division. Lagard will head the direct logisitics investments. Click here for more details.
