CBRE Global Investors has appointed Thierry Larroque as chief financial officer/chief operating officer for its French office.
In his new role, Larroque will focus on the finance and corporate activities in France and will be responsible for managing finance and operations, which includes corporate and business finance functions, IT, compliance and regulatory aspects.
He will report to André de Koning, director risk management and corporate finance EMEA and Sigrid Duhamel, country manager France for corporate matters.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Thierry Larroque worked for Hines for 13 years. He started in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer France with overall responsibility for the financial management of the Hines operations in France. He then became co-head and Chief Financial Officer of the Hines Luxembourg operations with overall responsibility for the financial, legal, tax and regulatory aspects of the Hines Real Estate Investment Management platform in Luxembourg.
Before joining Hines, Thierry Larroque worked for 12 years in the banking industry in various positions including Financial Controller of Morgan Stanley France and Chief Administration Officer of Lehman Brothers’ bank in France.
