The 45,705 m asset in Herlev, a suburb in north-west Copenhagen, was acquired from Nordic private equity property firm NREP in May 2016 by CBRE GIP in a joint venture with
Portus Retail on behalf of the European Co-Investment Fund (ECF). The centre includes food and fashion anchor tenants, a large leisure element and big box retailers.

Since buying the centre, CBRE GIP and Portus Retail are understood to have completed letting of empty units and improved the management and marketing of the centre. The centre is located in an affluent catchment area of 1.7 million inhabitants.
