CBRE Global Investors has announced plans to start the development of a World Trade Centre complex in the Dutch city of Utrecht.
The new office complex will provide around 29,000 m2 of space over 19 storeys in a central location near the city's main station. The company is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating for the asset.
BAM has been mandated for the construction and the development of the building, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
The asset, which is already partly pre-let, is held in the CBRE Dutch Office Fund.
JLL and CBRE are responsible for the marketing of the project.
