CBRE Global Investors has disposed of a prime office building in the central business district of Helsinki for over €60 mln.
The asset, Brondankulma, was sold on behalf of the CBRE Nordic Property Fund to German investment agency AFIAA Anlagestiftung für Immobilienanlagen im Ausland.
The 8,230 m2 property was built in 1975 and completely refurbished by CBRE Global Investors in 2013. It comprises 11 floors and is 61% leased to law firm Hannes Snellman. Other tenants include EQT Partners and MCF Corporate Finance. The ground floor units are let to retailers and restaurants such as BW-Restaurants and an Alko flagship store.
Brondankulma has a BREEAM Good Certification.
