CBRE Global Investors has completed the sale of the Beatrix II office building in The Hague to an affiliate of the Goldman Sachs Group.
The asset, which was owned by CBRE GI's Dutch Office Fund, was sold for a price of €59 mln, according to the Dutch land registry.
Located in the city's central business district, the property comprises 28,033 m2 of fully let office space over 19 storeys and 223 parking spaces. The building was designed by Van Gool and has been the head office of PostNL since 1986.
'We are continuously optimising the composition of our core portfolio and will recycle the disposal proceeds in new projects such as WTC Utrecht, NoMa House and the potential extension of WTC Amsterdam,' commented Ronald van der Waals, fund manager of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund.
