CBRE Global Investors has secured what it says is one of the largest warehouse lettings in the UK this year at Nimbus Park, Thorne, Doncaster.
The new tenant is CDS (Superstores International), trading as The Range.
The home and garden wares retailer has taken the 750,431 square feet (70,000 m2) warehouse space at the Doncaster park on a 20-year full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rent for the building was £4 per square foot.
Ian Harris, senior director at CBREGI said: 'This letting, I believe, is one of the most significant of this year and we are delighted to have secured The Range as a tenant.'
