CBRE Global Investors has announced two appointments for its €1.3 bn Dutch Office Fund (DOF), which consists of 15 prime office assets including the WTC Amsterdam and WTC Schiphol.

Frédérique Weber has been appointed fund manager, replacing Sophie van Oosterom who assumed the role of chief investment officer EMEA in February.

Weber has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, portfolio and asset management, project management and redevelopment in Europe. She was most recently fund manager for the CBRE European Office Fund.

Prior to joining the company in 2008, she worked as senior asset manager/portfolio manager for equity estate and held positions at JLL and De Weger (Royal Haskoning).

In addition, Jaap Snellen has been promoted to head of asset management for offices in the Netherlands. He has worked in the real estate industry for 15 years and joined the company in 2006. As senior asset manager for DOF he was instrumental in completing several large repositioning projects within the portfolio, including the redevelopment of the Nieuw Amsterdam building.

Weber and Snellen will take over DOF portfolio director Anne de Jong’s responsiblities following his departure to take up another role in the industry.
