Landlord CBRE Global Investors is in advanced negotiations on the sale of the Berceo shopping centre in Logroño, Northern Spain.
A CBRE GI spokesperson told PropertyEU that they are expecting offers above €105 mln but declined to comment further on the deal.
Broker CBRE is managing the sale of the mall, which provides around 34,000 m2 of gross lettable space as well as 2,600 parking spaces.
Opened in November 2003, the asset is anchored by tenants including Zara and Pull & Bear, Primark, El Corte Inglés and Media Markt. The property performs well with 6.1 million visitors last year and around €62 mln in retail sales.
CBRE GI inherited the property through its takeover of ING Real Estate Investment Management's European business in 2011.
