CBRE Global Investors has acquired the Noma House office project in Amsterdam from development company, SAX Vastgoed: Maarsen Groep and Beheer Brouwershof.

CBRE Global Investors has acquired the Noma House office project in Amsterdam from development company, SAX Vastgoed: Maarsen Groep and Beheer Brouwershof.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The office building, which was acquired on behalf of CBRE GI's Dutch Office Fund, is located at the South Axis, the main office location of Amsterdam. The asset is a turnkey development of 12,892 m2 office space, 625 m2 of retail space and 68 underground parking places.

Construction has already started and the scheduled delivery date is October 2017.

Once delivered, the building will be a multi-tenant office building targeting a BREEAM Excellent environmental rating.
