CBRE Global Investors has appointed Laurie Lagarde as portfolio manager across Continental Europe, based in Paris.

She will oversee portfolio strategy and the performance of pooled funds dedicated to logistics, including the European Industrial Fund (EIF), a perpetual fund which owns a portfolio of logistics assets in France, Germany, Benelux, Iberia and Italy.

Lagarde joins CBRE Global Investors from Prologis where she was a vice president transactions officer for seven years.

Lagarde previously worked for AMB as a project manager, in charge of managing new developments in France and she has worked in London for five years, as the Head of Purchasing in the UK for French construction company, Bouygues.

CBRE GI currently manages aggregate AuM in industrial and logistics assets totaling €6.45bn in EMEA on behalf of various funds and separate accounts.
