CBRE Global Investors has acquired the majority of the real estate at the Broekman Logistics Campus site in the Dutch town of Born.

The investment volume for the sale-and leaseback transaction with occupier, Broekman Logistics, came to €27.8 mln, according to information in the Dutch land registry or Kadaster.

The acquisition comprises two warehouses with one building constructed earlier this year. The total lettable area is 33,914 m2, including office and mezzanine space. The property is fully let to Broekman Logistics on 15-year lease.

Jan van Bakel, transaction manager Netherlands, CBRE Global Investors commented: 'We have acquired an excellent asset that is located in a Dutch logistics hotspot. It is well located to benefit from all the important transport links and with a strong tenant, we have secured a long-term secure cash flow.'
