Robbert van Dijk, currently fund manager and director of CBRE Global Investors' Dutch Residential Fund, is moving to ASR Real Estate Asset Management as managing director of its residential business.

Robbert van Dijk, currently fund manager and director of CBRE Global Investors' Dutch Residential Fund, is moving to ASR Real Estate Asset Management as managing director of its residential business.

Van Dijk takes up his new position on 1 November. He will also sit on the management board of ASR Real Estate Asset Management.

As head of the residential business, Van Dijk will be responsible for ASR's Dutch Core Residential Fund, which comprises 4,600 units and has a total value of more than €700 mln.

Van Dijk succeeds Onno Hoff, who set up ASR's Dutch Core Residential Fund and spent the last seven years professionalising the management of the residential portfolio.
