CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II has acquired four office buildings in Romainville, a northeast suburb of Paris, from a fund managed by Westbrook. The financial details were not disclosed.
The buildings provide some 30,658 m2 of space, of which 62% is leased to pharmaceuticals firm Sanofi-Aventis, newspaper Commercial Property News reported. The transaction represents the fifth office acquisition in the Paris region for the fund.
