The building was purchased from Kairos and Airport Garden.
Aramis is an 18,563m2 office building, the latest and final development scheme of the 75,500m2 Corporate Village business park in Zaventem. The complex, located in the Brussels periphery, close to the airport, is easily accessible by car and by public transport. Aramis is the biggest and highest technical building in the park.
CBRE Investors emphasised that the investment highlighted its commitment to sustainable development, saying Aramis offers state-of-the-art technical equipments meeting the strictest standards in terms of thermal and sound insulation. The building exceeds environmental standards in anticipation of the Belgium EPB 2009 norms.
Nicolas Lutgé, principal for CBRE Investors in Belgium declared: 'Aramis offers future tenants a high quality, functional office space with a full range of services in a prime location. This building, as well as CBRE Investors' other projects underway in Belgium, such as Airport Plaza in the vicinity of Aramis, respond to the growing demand for top tier, environmentally efficient, office space in the Brussels area.'
King Sturge and CBRE have been mandated for the commercialisation of the building.
