CB Richard Ellis has completed the sale of the remaining units of logistics park Pacífica International, located within one of the last major industrial areas of Madrid, Spain. In 2003, CBRE was chosen as co-exclusive agent by Pacífica Capital Gestión to market over 400, 000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space at the industrial park under development.

In 2003, CBRE was chosen as co-exclusive agent by Pacífica Capital Gestión to market over 400, 000 m2 of space at the industrial park under development.
Pacífica International Logistics Park is located in the Vicálvaro Industrial Estate. Industrial plots sold have ranged from 1,000 to 30,000 m2 per unit and purchasers have included a range of both international and national organisations such as Neinver, Coperfil, Dulcesol and Mutua Valenciana.
