Agent CBRE Group has announced the acquisition of i Consulting SA, a valuation and consulting services business based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The i Consulting team of 16 professionals will join CBRE’s Swiss business, which employs more than 100 people in four offices across Switzerland.
It will strengthen CBRE’s valuations and consultancy service offer in key markets including Lausanne, Geneva and the Swiss Romandie region, where a large number of Swiss corporations are headquartered.
Across continental Europe, CBRE employs a team of more than 500 Valuation & Advisory professionals in 25 countries.
